Context

This project aimed to accelerate the labor-intensive dealer onboarding process for AutoTrader, by reducing time and effort required for integration with Google and Facebook through process automation.

Deliverables

Developed TRFFK-CTRL, a web app built with Angular 7 and Material Design, leveraging Firebase Cloud Functions for server-side logic and authentication, plus Firebase Cloud Firestore for real-time database, eliminating the need for NgRx.

Results

Successfully onboarded 400 dealers in under 2 months, achieving a 5x faster onboarding process, and streamlining Google and Facebook integrations.
