I am a software engineer and AI consultant with over a decade of experience building enterprise systems, AI-integrated platforms, and developer frameworks. My work spans a custom ERP for an international distributor, an ontological information-modeling tool, a Scripture reading application, an enterprise AI governance model, and the documentation platform for the framework I created — the STRATA Protocol.

I work primarily in Angular, Vue / Nuxt, and NestJS, and I am a practitioner and advocate of governed AI-assisted development: using AI to move faster without surrendering the traceability, accountability, and engineering rigor that production systems demand.

What I do

The through-line

Every system I have built taught the same lesson: tools get democratized, but thinking does not. You still need a systems mindset to avoid brittle solutions — logging, version control, error handling, observability, and a clear chain from intent to implementation. That conviction is what eventually became the STRATA Protocol, and it is the thread that connects everything in my work.

Background

My route into governed AI-assisted delivery runs through more than a decade of enterprise systems work. From 1995 to 2010 I built and sustained AdvantageXP, the custom ERP that carried AMICO Group from a single-specialty distributor in Saudi Arabia to the premier distributor of specialty medical equipment across ten countries and eighteen branches — multi-currency accounting, real-time synchronization, and a distributed client application maintained under genuine infrastructure constraints, evolved across five PowerBuilder generations (the full story is in AMICO ERP). In the years since, I have delivered end-to-end software for international companies scaling into multi-country operations — including a successful healthcare startup here in Canada. Today I work as a Software Engineer & AI Consultant, authoring the frameworks I consult with and helping teams adopt AI without surrendering the engineering rigor that production systems demand.
